Here the recipes shared are primarily gluten-free and are vegan and, ingredients like yogurt, oats, butter are also used. A small amount of sugar is used, which is less than the standards.
Fudgy Pumpkin Brownie Bites
These pumpkin brownie bites are the perfect indulgent dessert, and if you are sensitive to pumpkin spice products, then you can have these pumpkin brownies. Here each brownie is around 54 calories and has 5 grams of sugar. Ingredients used to prepare the dish are –
- 1 tsp baking soda
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- half cup canned pumpkin
- 1 Ttsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Preparation – Preheat the microwave up to. 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then lightly coat 3/4 muffin cups with cooking spray and line with paper bake cups. Flour, baking soda, and salt are mixed in a medium bowl.
In another bowl, mix pumpkin, egg, oil, and vanilla, then it is added to the mixture, and then it is poured into the muffin cups up to 2/3 level. And add some stuffings of chocolate chips or nuts.
Then bake it for 12-15 minutes until it is appropriately baked and the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clearly. Cool it in a pan for 30 minutes, or it can be served warm.
Paleo Muffins
You must hear about Marian burros plum torte, and this dish is made with the plum torte in mind but with a paleo perspective. The muffins are moist and cookie due to the almond flour used.
Coconut oil and olive oil bring richness and make it cakier. And thanks to coconut sugar and fresh plums. If you don’t like plums, you can just add peaches, apricots, and raspberries.
Ingredients

- half-cup olive oil
- half-cup almond flour
- half cup coconut flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:
Preheat the microwave up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then put the muffin pan with cupcake liners and grease with nonstick cooking oil.
Coconut oil, sugar, eggs, olive oil, orange zest, flaxseed, and vanilla are whisked together in a medium bowl.
In another bowl, prepare a mixture of almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and Cinnamon. Then put in the batter cups evenly, press two plum slices into the center of each muffin, and sprinkle coconut sugar in them.
Then bake it for nearly 30 minutes until the toothpick inserted comes out clearly. Then just store it in refrigerators or tight containers.
Apple Cranberry Crisp
It is one of the Healthy Dessert Baking Recipes to prepare for and enjoy until the end. Apple and cranberry are usually autumn flavored fruits, and this dessert file for an easy and healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter
- oats
- walnut
- maple syrup
- ground Cinnamon
Preparation:
In a pressure cooker, butter is melted. Oats, walnuts, 2 TSP of maple syrup and half a teaspoon of Cinnamon cooks it until the walnuts and oats are toasted.
Add apples, cranberries, sugar, and four tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 TSP cinnamon to a cooker. In another bowl, mix orange juice and cornstarch.
Then add to apple mixture and mix. Lock the lid, set high pressure, and then release pressure slowly. Put some oat topping and serve warm.
